After spending several years at evil medical school, Austin Powers' nemesis Dr. Evil needed a base of operations from which to rule the world, eventually deciding on a number of elaborate lairs that probably had SPECTRE's lawyers on the phone. As well as a hollowed-out volcano bearing his own image, resident Evil also gave his orders from a personalised submarine, from behind the Hollywood sign and from his lunar base, divided into Moon Unit Alpha and Moon Unit Zappa. Perhaps his most despicable lair was found atop the Seattle Space Needle -- in the Starbucks headquarters. The fiend!
